Rehabilitation Counselor: Starting salary range $13 - $15/hour. This job requires a BA in Social Work, Psychology or related field, or an AA in mental health plus two years of relevant experience. Job duties include basic case management, crisis intervention, skills training, collaboration with other providers, and developing rehabilitation plans. Current openings are 40 hours per week and may include overnight hours. Coursework or experience with addictions or co-occurring addictions and mental health a plus.
Case Aide: Hourly rate: $10/hour. This job requires a high school diploma. Current openings are part time and include overnight and/or weekend hours.
P/T Addictions Therapist: Hours negotiable. Starting salary range $22 - $25/hour. Requires LCSW-C or LCPC and Addictions Certification or extensive dual-disorder treatment experience. Job duties include providing individual, group and family psychotherapy, participating in interdisciplinary team meetings, supervision, and case conferences between two teams, leading skills groups and support groups, providing assessment and individual treatment planning, responding to crisis situations, participating in after hours triage phone rotation, coordinating services with members of client’s identified treatment team and providing clinical case management as required, i.e linkage to appropriate resources. Documentation is maintained in accordance with state and federal regulations, i.e. COMAR.
P/T Spanish speaking LCSW-C (OMHC exp. preferred): Twenty (20) hours/week. Starting salary range $22 - $25/hour. Requires LCSW-C and fluency in Spanish.
